Set up IF/THEN workflows to automate alerts and actions.
Automation rules let you create IF/THEN workflows that trigger automatically when conditions are met.
## Creating a Rule 1. Go to **Settings** → **Automation Rules** 2. Click **Create Rule** 3. Name your rule (e.g. "Hot Lead Alert") 4. Define trigger conditions (the IF) 5. Define actions (the THEN) 6. Save and activate
## Trigger Conditions You can combine multiple conditions with AND/OR logic: - **Intent score** — above/below a threshold - **ICP score** — above/below a threshold - **Page visited** — specific URL patterns (e.g. `/pricing`, `/demo`) - **Visit count** — number of visits in a time period - **Company size** — employee count ranges - **Industry** — specific industries - **Geography** — specific countries - **New vs. Returning** — first identification or return visit
## Available Actions - **Slack notification** — send a message to a Slack channel with company details - **Email alert** — send an email to specified addresses - **Webhook** — POST data to any URL (Zapier, Make, n8n, your CRM) - **Tag lead** — automatically apply tags - **Change status** — auto-set lead status
## Example Rules - "If intent > 80 AND ICP > 70, send Slack alert to #sales" - "If company visits /pricing AND has 3+ visits this week, email sales@ourcompany.com" - "If new company identified with 500+ employees, tag as 'enterprise' and notify #enterprise-team" - "If company from Healthcare industry visits, webhook to HubSpot"
## Managing Rules View all rules, their trigger counts, and last triggered date from the Automation Rules page. Toggle rules on/off or edit conditions at any time.
