The technology behind LemReveal's visitor identification.
LemReveal uses a combination of IP intelligence, browser fingerprinting, and data enrichment to identify the companies visiting your website.
## IP-Based Identification When a visitor loads a page, the pixel sends their IP address to our identification engine. We match the IP against our database of 100M+ business IP ranges, mapping it to a company name, domain, and location.
## Browser Fingerprinting For visitors behind shared IPs (like co-working spaces), we use privacy-safe browser fingerprinting to distinguish unique visitors and track return visits. This doesn't identify individuals — it groups sessions that belong to the same anonymous visitor.
## Data Enrichment Once a company is identified, we enrich the record with firmographic data: industry, employee count, revenue range, technology stack, social profiles, funding history, and more. This data comes from multiple third-party sources and is refreshed regularly.
## Confidence Scoring Every identification comes with a confidence score (60–100%). Scores above 80% indicate a strong match. We automatically filter out ISPs, VPNs, proxies, and residential IPs to minimise false positives.
## What We Can't Identify - Visitors on residential internet (working from home on personal WiFi) - Visitors using VPNs or proxy services - Very small companies without registered business IPs - Mobile users on cellular networks Typically, 30–40% of B2B website traffic can be identified at the company level.
LemReveal identifies companies visiting your website with confidence scoring, 8 buying timing signals, and AI-generated talking points. GDPR compliant B2B lead generation from $0/mo.
