Navigate to **Surge War Room** in the sidebar 2. Active surges are sorted by **surge score** (highest urgency first) 3. Each card shows the company, surge type, multiplier (e.g. 3.2x baseline), and timeline 4. Click any surge to view the full company profile and recent sessions## Taking Action - **Prioritise** surges with 3x+ multipliers — these are strong buying signals - **Check the pages** being visited — pricing and case study surges are more valuable than blog surges - **Act fast** — surges typically indicate an active evaluation cycle - Use automation rules to get instant Slack alerts when surges are detected## Surge Lifecycle Surges are marked **active** when detected and automatically **resolved** when activity returns to baseline. You can also manually resolve surges after taking action.
