Common pixel problems and how to fix them.
If you're not seeing data in your dashboard, here are the most common causes and fixes.
## 1. Pixel Not Loading **Check:** Open your website → right-click → Inspect → Network tab → search for `pixel-js`. - **Not found?** The script tag isn't installed correctly. Double-check the `<head>` placement. - **Blocked?** Ad blockers (uBlock Origin, Brave) may block the pixel. Test in a private/incognito window with extensions disabled. - **Error 404?** Your API key may be incorrect. Copy it fresh from Sites → Pixel Setup.
## 2. Pixel Loads but No Sessions Appear - **Wait 60 seconds** — there's a small processing delay - **Check the domain** — the domain in your LemReveal site settings must match the domain where the pixel is installed - **Check for duplicate pixels** — multiple pixels on the same page can cause conflicts
## 3. Sessions Appear but No Companies Identified - This is normal for residential traffic. If you're testing from home, your ISP won't match a company. - Test from an office network or ask a colleague at a known company to visit your site. - Check the **Identification Rate** on your dashboard — 30–40% is typical for B2B sites.
## 4. Data Going to Wrong Account If multiple team members created separate LemReveal accounts for the same domain, sessions may split across accounts. Contact support to merge site records into a single account.
