Our Story

One place to check a company's official record

LemReveal searches official national business registers in 40+ countries, returns a source-cited record, and tells you when that record changes. Built at LemStudio in London.

    The Origin

    Every country, a different portal

Verifying a supplier, a customer or a counterparty means finding them in their own national register — Companies House, the Handelsregister, KBO/BCE, the ABR, ACRA and dozens more. Each has its own identifier format, its own search quirks and its own language.

We needed one search that worked across all of them, a record that named its source, and a way to hear about it when a company's name, status, address or directors changed.

So we built it, and made it public.

    Our Journey

From one awkward registry search to a monitored record

    2024

    The problem

Checking a company in its own national register meant a different portal, language and identifier format for every country.

    2025

    The build

We connected the official registers directly and gave every record a permanent, source-cited page.

    2025

    Monitoring

Registers change quietly. We started re-checking watched companies and alerting on name, status, address, legal form and officer changes.

    2026

    Open research

We published the Registry Access Index — how openly each country's register can actually be searched, free to cite.

    What We Stand For

    Our Values

The principles that guide everything we build

    Cite the source, always

Every record names the register it came from and the date it was retrieved. If a register is unreachable, we say so instead of guessing.

    One search, one answer

Finding a company in its own national register should take seconds, not an afternoon of navigating a government portal in a language you don't read.

    Honest about limits

We are not a register of record, and we don't sell credit scores or sanctions screening. Where a register publishes nothing, we publish nothing.

    Transparency first

Clear pricing, open research data, and a public status page for every register we connect to.

    Open data

    We publish what we measure

Our register measurements are public and free to cite under CC BY 4.0.
