Service Usage Data

When you use LemReveal we record what is needed to run the service:

• Registry searches you run (country, company name or registration number)
• Companies you add to a watchlist and the alerts we send you
• Company records we retrieve and deliver to you, and the date retrieved
• Basic product analytics (pages used within the app, timestamps)
• Payment records for verified records and monitoring plans, held by our payment provider

Company records themselves come from official national business registers and other public datasets. Where a register publishes director or officer names, that information appears in the record exactly as the register publishes it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our service
• Authenticate your account and manage sessions
• Run registry searches and deliver company records you request
• Re-check watched companies and send you registration-change alerts
• Develop new features and improve user experience
