Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The LemReveal Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to LemReveal. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission Structure

• Silver Tier (default): 25% recurring commission on all payments from referred customers.
• Gold Tier: 30% recurring commission, unlocked after $5,000 in total referred revenue.
• Platinum Tier: 35% recurring commission, unlocked after $25,000 in total referred revenue.

Commissions are calculated on the net payment amount (excluding taxes and refunds). Tier upgrades are automatic and based on cumulative referred revenue.

3. Attribution Window

Referrals are tracked via a 60-day attribution window. When a visitor clicks your referral link, a tracking identifier is stored for 60 days. Any signup within that window is attributed to you. First-click attribution applies: the first affiliate link wins.

4. Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold: $25
• Payout methods: PayPal or bank transfer
• Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
• Commissions enter a 30-day hold period before becoming eligible for payout (to account for refunds)

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed and deducted from your balance.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

• Use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote referral links
• Bid on LemReveal brand keywords in paid advertising
• Create misleading or deceptive content about LemReveal
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent attribution methods
• Self-refer or create fake accounts to generate commissions
• Impersonate LemReveal or its employees

7. Termination

LemReveal reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Pending commissions may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Active affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of LemReveal or LemStudio. Nothing in these terms creates a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship.
