KBO/BCE status changes

Belgium struck off & dissolution alerts

A company does not tell its customers when it stops being a company. The Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen / Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises does — it changes the status on the record. We store that status, re-check it on a schedule, and email you the moment it moves from active to struck off, dissolved, in liquidation or any other state the register publishes.

    KBO/BCE alerts are temporarily paused

We cannot currently re-query this register, so we are not taking new watches for Belgium. Searching still works. Search the Belgium register.

    What the alert contains

The previous status and the new status, exactly as the register words it

The date the register changed it, where the register publishes a date

The date and time we read the record, so you can prove when you knew

A link straight to the official entry to confirm it yourself

    Who watches this

Anyone with money or a contract exposed to a company: unpaid invoices, a signed agreement, a deposit paid up front, or a supplier you rely on.

What this does not do. We report what the KBO/BCE publishes and when it changed. We do not score credit risk, screen for sanctions or adverse media, or predict failure.

The official source is Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen / Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises , which remains free to search and authoritative.

    Questions

How do I get alerted to status changes at a Belgium company?

Find the company by Ondernemingsnummer (KBO number) or name, add it to your watchlist, and we re-query the Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen / Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises on a schedule. When the published record differs from our last snapshot, you get an email with the old value, the new value and the date we checked.

Is this the official KBO/BCE record?

Yes. Every alert is raised from the Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen / Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises's own published record, and the email links back to it. We never infer a change from a third-party source and label it official.

    What does it cost?

Watching up to 3 companies is free where a register supports re-checking. $12 a month covers 50 companies. A one-off $19 company intelligence dossier is separate from monitoring.

    How often do you check?

On a schedule, and only against the register itself — so there is never a predicted or speculative change. If the KBO/BCE has not published anything new, you hear nothing, which is the answer most people want.
