CVR address changes

    Denmark registered address change alerts

A registered office move is one of the cheapest early warnings there is. The Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister publishes the address on the public record; we keep a copy, re-check it on a schedule, and email you when it changes — including moves to a formation agent or accountant's address, which is often the first visible sign something is happening.

    What the alert contains

The old registered address and the new one, side by side

The register the change came from, named

The date and time we read the record

A link to the official entry so you can verify it

    Who watches this

Suppliers serving notices, finance teams keeping billing records straight, and anyone who needs a valid address to send a legal letter to.

What this does not do. We report what the CVR publishes and when it changed. We do not score credit risk, screen for sanctions or adverse media, or predict failure.

The official source is Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister , which remains free to search and authoritative.

    Questions

How do I get alerted to address changes at a Denmark company?

Find the company by CVR-nummer or name, add it to your watchlist, and we re-query the Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister on a schedule. When the published record differs from our last snapshot, you get an email with the old value, the new value and the date we checked.

Is this the official CVR record?

Yes. Every alert is raised from the Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister's own published record, and the email links back to it. We never infer a change from a third-party source and label it official.

    What does it cost?

Watching up to 3 companies is free where a register supports re-checking. $12 a month covers 50 companies. A one-off $19 company intelligence dossier is separate from monitoring.

    How often do you check?

On a schedule, and only against the register itself — so there is never a predicted or speculative change. If the CVR has not published anything new, you hear nothing, which is the answer most people want.
