Companies House publishes new filings, overdue accounts and newly registered charges, but nobody re-checks every company by hand. LemReveal re-checks each watched UK company on a schedule and emails you when one of these appears compared with the last record we stored.
Built for: Credit control, lenders, procurement and anyone watching UK counterparties. The risk it removes: Missing that a counterparty has fallen behind on its accounts or pledged its assets to a lender since you last looked.
New filings appearing on the company's Companies House record
Accounts moving from up to date to overdue
A newly registered charge, with the outstanding charge count where published
Status, name, address and officer changes, as on every watch
What this does not do. Alerts compare against the first record we stored, so nothing is reported for the period before you started watching. A charge shows that secured lending exists; it is not a credit score or a sign of distress on its own.
Coverage follows what each official register publishes. These are the registers we can re-query right now — each page lists exactly which change types it exposes.
For larger portfolios, API access or batches of dossiers, we'll scope which countries and fields we can cover.
Filing, overdue-accounts and charge alerts currently use UK Companies House data. Other countries get the change types listed on their monitoring page.
No. The first check records a baseline. Alerts are only sent when a later check differs from it, which avoids false alarms about old filings.
