How long LemReveal stores your data and how to configure retention.
LemReveal retains visitor data according to configurable policies that balance analytical value with privacy requirements.
## Default Retention Periods - **Session data** — 12 months from the session date - **Company profiles** — retained as long as your account is active - **Contact data** — 12 months from discovery, refreshable - **Analytics aggregates** — retained indefinitely (anonymised) - **Account data** — retained for 30 days after account deletion
## Customising Retention Go to **Settings** → **Privacy** to adjust retention periods. You can set shorter retention for session data (e.g. 6 months) to align with your internal data governance policies.
## Data Deletion You can: - Delete individual company records from the company profile page - Bulk-delete leads by status or date range - Request full account data deletion by contacting support Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
