## What We Identify We identify **companies**, not individuals. Our tracking identifies which organisations visit your website based on business IP ranges. We don't: - Track individuals by name without their consent - Place tracking cookies for identification purposes - Collect personal data from forms without explicit consent - Share data with third-party advertisers
## Legal Basis Our identification method operates under the **legitimate interest** legal basis (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Identifying companies visiting a business website is a legitimate interest for B2B marketing and sales, and the privacy impact is minimal since we identify organisations, not natural persons.
## Data Processing - All data is processed and stored in EU data centres - Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on request - Sub-processor list published and updated - Data retention is configurable (see [Data Retention](/help/data-retention)) - Right to erasure: companies can request removal from our database
