To view full details including directors and share capital, you must request a Certidão Permanente (Permanent Certificate). A fee is required to generate a code that provides digital access for a fixed period (usually 6 months to 1 year).

Para pessoas coletivas sim: o NIPC de 9 dígitos é o NIF da empresa. O NIF de pessoa singular tem igualmente 9 dígitos, mas começa por 1, 2 ou 3.
A certidão permanente é gratuita?▾
Não. A certidão permanente do registo comercial é um serviço pago do IRN em portaldaempresa.pt, com subscrição válida por um período determinado. A consulta de dados base é gratuita.
O que é o CAE?▾
O CAE (Classificação Portuguesa de Atividades Económicas) identifica a atividade principal da empresa segundo a nomenclatura do INE e consta do registo.
Como confirmo o número de IVA português?▾
O número de IVA corresponde a PT seguido do NIPC. A validade para operações intracomunitárias confirma-se no sistema VIES da Comissão Europeia.
O que significa 'dissolvida' ou 'cancelada'?▾
Indica que a sociedade foi dissolvida ou o registo cancelado. O NIPC mantém-se como registo histórico e continua pesquisável.
