Company registry monitoring re-checks a company's official register record on a schedule and alerts you when a published field changes — legal name, registration status, registered address, legal form and, where the register publishes them, officers and filings. A lookup is a dated check; monitoring detects differences at subsequent scheduled checks.
Coverage is read from the same registry source configuration as lookup. A country guide is not proof of scheduled monitoring availability; confirm support before starting a watch.
Only where the monitored source publishes officers and supports officer comparisons. Available fields vary by register; we never infer an officer change from unrelated evidence and label it official.
