El identificador de una empresa argentina es el CUIT (Clave Única de Identificación Tributaria): once dígitos con el formato 30-12345678-9, donde el prefijo 30 o 33 corresponde a personas jurídicas. ARCA (ex AFIP) publica la constancia de inscripción con razón social, domicilio fiscal, actividad y los impuestos en los que la empresa está inscrita. La información societaria — estatuto, capital, directorio — corresponde a la Inspección General de Justicia en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires o al registro público de cada provincia.

Use IGJ for CABA entities or the relevant provincial commercial register elsewhere. A tax record is not the complete incorporation file.

Record the identifier, source, retrieval date and document scope. Missing fields or inaccessible services are not proof of non-registration.

Revisá la condición frente al IVA
Verificá si la empresa es responsable inscripta, monotributista o exenta: determina cómo debe facturarte.
Consultá la IGJ o el registro provincial
Para conocer estatuto, capital y directorio, pedí los datos a la IGJ si la sociedad está en CABA, o al registro público de la provincia correspondiente.

30 y 33 identifican personas jurídicas, 20 y 27 personas físicas. El último dígito es un verificador calculado sobre los diez anteriores.

Sí. La constancia de inscripción de ARCA (ex AFIP) es pública y se obtiene sin clave fiscal ingresando el CUIT.
