Che cos'è il numero REA?▾
Il REA (Repertorio Economico Amministrativo) è il numero progressivo attribuito dalla Camera di Commercio provinciale. Si scrive con la sigla della provincia seguita dal numero, ad esempio MI-1234567, ed è distinto dalla partita IVA.
Partita IVA e codice fiscale coincidono?▾
Per la maggior parte delle società di capitali sì: entrambi corrispondono allo stesso numero di 11 cifre. Per alcune imprese individuali e enti il codice fiscale è invece alfanumerico di 16 caratteri e diverso dalla partita IVA.
Che cos'è il codice ATECO?▾
Il codice ATECO classifica l'attività economica prevalente dell'impresa secondo la nomenclatura ISTAT. Compare nella visura e determina, fra l'altro, obblighi fiscali e statistici.
