- Besloten Vennootschap (BV/SRL)
- A private limited liability company; the most common legal form since the 2019 reform.

- The registered office or official legal headquarters of the company.
- Vestigingseenheid
- An establishment unit; any place of business geographically located at a specific address where company activities are carried out.
- NACE-BEL
- The Belgian version of the European NACE classification system for categorizing economic activities.
